Such A Productive Day!

Our cabin is right across from the guest laundry room.  A real bonus when it comes to trying to get your stuff done and all you have to do is cross the hall. The sign on the door says it opens at 7:30am, but I've seen people in there much earlier on previous cruises.

So this morning I woke up at 6am and got the laundry together, but when I stepped over to the laundry room, it was indeed locked.  Damn!

I tried again at 6:30, and again at just before 7.  As luck would have ti, just as I turned to go back across the hall, a white uniformed officer came out of an interior door and saw me jiggling the laundry door.  "I don't think it opens until 7:30, gesturing at the sign."  "Dang (or something like that)," I said, "I'd really like to get my stuff done before we start our day.  Can you open it a little early?"  He thought about it for a second and then produced a key that magically opened the door.  My hero!!  Long story short, I snaked all three washers, and got all the laundry done before 9am.  Brilliant!!!

It was a lovely day today, about 70 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, smooth sailing...just what I'd pictured it would be.

We had a nice breakfast, watched the line dancing class (always a laugh riot), played some trivia, drank a couple of bloody marys, played BINGO, had a nice lunch and then headed to the pool.  Aaaaahhhhhh days at seas...gotta love 'em.

Tomorrow we arrive in Puerto Madryn - a quaint seaside town full of seafood restaurants.  mmmmmm
